Annual Maintenance Package

The Annual Maintenance Package – RV Maintenance Package – Class A Inspection

Our annual life safety, water intrusion and maintenance inspection will identify needed maintenance for your RV.
During this inspection we will check your RV’s
  • roof and exterior for sealant deterioration and damage
  • hitch (if equipped), undercarriage and axles for rust, leaks and damage
  • tires for condition and pressure
  • electrical panel for hot spots and damage
  • battery for water level, corrosion and voltage
  • power cord for hot spots and damage
  • breakaway switch, chains and 7 pin cord for damage
  • LP/CO/Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and GFCI outlets for proper operation
    • check RV for hot skin/stray voltage
  • AC roof unit
  • Check appliance burner areas for debris and damage
  • Check water system for leaks
  • Check propane system for damage

Spring Maintenance Package

In the Spring, we will do a complete maintenance inspection to identify any issues with your RV.

During this inspection we will check your RV’s
  • roof and exterior for sealant deterioration and damage

  • tires for condition and pressure

  • battery for water level, corrosion and voltage

Your Spring maintenance also includes spot sealing your roof and exterior, AC & appliance cleaning and service, de-winterizing and sanitizing your fresh tank and water heater.

If we identify issues that are not part of the maintenance package, we offer 10% off additional services.  For repairs that we do not offer, we can help you find the right service provider.

  • Small towable/Class B – $1,090 annually/ Fall only – $495, Spring only $595
  • Large towable/Class C – $1,290 annually/ Fall only – $495, Spring only $795
  • Class A – $1390 annually/ Fall only – $495, Spring only $895
